This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you through a challenging 21.876-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 1003.0 meters, leading you to the beautiful Rifugio Livio Bianco.
Starting at the trailhead, you will soon come across the Lago sottano della Sella, a serene water body located at a distance of 10.88 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, you will pass by the Rifugio Livio Bianco, an alpine hut located 10.94 kilometers into the hike, offering a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the stunning surroundings.
Along the way, you will also encounter a restaurant and parking areas at 2.05 kilometers and 1.29 kilometers from the start, respectively. Additionally, there are historic ruins, memorial sites, drinking water stations, and informational points strategically placed throughout the route to enhance your hiking experience.
