Further along the trail, at around 1.7 kilometers, there is a historic wayside cross and a bench where you can rest while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

As you continue your journey, you will encounter a few natural water sources at various points along the trail. These can be great spots to refill your water bottle and cool off during warmer days. One of the water sources is located at 1.79 kilometers from the start, while a couple of others are situated at around 1.83 kilometers.
