This hiking route takes you to the beautiful Rabenflue area, known for its stunning viewpoints and informative spots. The trail is 3.535 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 277 meters, making it of moderate difficulty.
You will start your hike at the parking area near Vogelsang, where you can leave your car before hitting the trail. Along the way, you will pass by several benches and picnic sites, perfect for taking a break and enjoying the scenery.
At the beginning of the trail, you'll find an information point about Rabenflue, giving you some insights into the area. Further along the route, at about 1.34 kilometers from the start, you'll come across the Fachnachtsflue viewpoint, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.
Midway through the hike, you'll reach the Blockhaus area, where you can find more information about the area and another bench to rest. As you continue, you'll encounter more benches and informational points, including one at Wartboden with more viewpoints at the end of the trail.
Remember to bring plenty of water, especially on warmer days, and check the weather forecast before heading out. This out-and-back trail will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete, but the stunning views along the way make it all worth it. Enjoy your hike to Rabenflue!
