This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a total distance of 7.789 kilometers and an elevation gain of 203 meters. The duration of the hike is approximately 2 hours and 18 minutes, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning, you will find a parking area just 0.72 kilometers from the start, followed by another parking area 1.16 kilometers into the hike. Keep an eye out for a historic ruin, Château de la Reine Jeanne, located 1.59 kilometers from the start, and a chapel called Chapelle de Saint-Pons at 1.65 kilometers.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter a fountain, Grotte des Thermes, and a viewpoint at around 1.15 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, you will find Refuge d'Art Bains thermaux and additional viewpoints offering stunning scenery.

Along the way, there are several informative points of interest such as Chemin de Saint Pancrace and Col des Abeilles. Additionally, there are benches and bicycle parking facilities strategically placed for hikers' convenience.
