The trail, which is an out-and-back route, starts at Άγιος Μηνάς and goes through Κλειδωνιά before returning to Άγιος Μηνάς.

At the beginning of the trail, you will come across the Μονή Σπηλιώτισσας parking area, followed by Μονή Παναγιά Σπηλιώτισσα, a notable attraction located 0.37 kilometers from the starting point. Further along the trail at 2.97 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source. Additionally, at 2.55 kilometers into the hike, there is an information point for visitors to explore.

A highlight of the route is the Γκρεμισμένη Γεφύρι Στο Μοναστήρι Της Παναγίας Της Σπηλαιώτισας ruins, located 0.27 kilometers away from the starting point, although not directly on the trail. For a scenic view, make sure to stop by the viewpoint situated 2.95 kilometers into the hike.
