This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Rua da Arroia. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.798 kilometers and an elevation gain of 0.0 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across various water points along the way. About 1.4 kilometers from the start, you will find a water point that is not directly on the trail, followed by another water point at 1.26 kilometers from the start. These are great spots to refill your water bottles and take a short break.

Continuing along the trail, at around 0.91 kilometers from the start, you will encounter several water points directly on the trail. These can provide a refreshing stop as you make your way through the route.

Further along, at 0.44 kilometers from the start, there is another water point slightly off the trail, followed by another water point at 0.4 kilometers from the start. These locations offer a chance to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature.

As you approach the turnaround point of the hike, at about 0.16 kilometers from the start, you will find another off-trail water point. Finally, at 0.0 kilometers from the start, right at the end of the trail, there is a water point perfect for replenishing after your trek.
