This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with beautiful natural surroundings. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of approximately 4 kilometers and an elevation gain of 144 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the parking area, you will come across the "Co je stezka zdraví HVOZD" information point at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, you will pass by a memorial called "pomník padlých" situated right by the trail. Further along the route, you will find "U Lajcmanů" restaurant where you can take a break and grab some refreshments.

Midway through the hike, you will reach a water feature, the "Pro Silva" spring, located a short distance off the trail. As you make your way back, you will come across a shelter for a quick rest and relaxation. Keep an eye out for the wayside cross and benches scattered along the trail for some serene spots to take in the surroundings.

One of the highlights of the hike is the "požární nádrž" fire pond towards the end of the trail, offering a peaceful and scenic spot to conclude your journey.
