This challenging hike in the Rocca Gianni area offers stunning views and a mix of natural and historic points of interest along the way. The trail spans approximately 8.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 205 meters, taking an estimated duration of 2 hours and 34 minutes.
At the beginning of the hike, you will come across the "Sella del Barnè", a scenic saddle where you can take in the surroundings. Continuing on, about 1.78 kilometers into the hike, you will find an informational point at a close distance. As you hike onwards, at a distance of 3.57 kilometers from the start, you will reach the "Bivio Bric Dente". This marks a significant point along the trail where you can rest and learn more about the area.
Further along the trail, at 3.49 kilometers from the start, you will spot the "Bric del Dentino" peak. This spot offers panoramic views but is slightly off the main trail. Another peak, "Monte Giallo", is located 1.25 kilometers from the start but requires a side trip off the main trail to reach. As you near the end of the hike, you will encounter the "Rocca Gianni" peak approximately 4.14 kilometers into the hike, offering a rewarding conclusion to your journey.
