This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of התאנה, offering a mix of natural wonders and historical sites. The trail is 3.049 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 33 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for most skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before beginning the trail. Just a short distance away, at 0.02 kilometers from the start, you'll find the עין ירד spring, a perfect spot to pause and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Further along the trail, at 0.3 kilometers from the start, you'll find an information point called עין ורד תל גזר - יער המגינים יציאה כביש 44, providing insight into the local area's history and flora.

As you continue, 1.03 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the מחצבות עתיקות archaeological site, offering a glimpse into the past through ancient ruins and artifacts.

One of the highlights of the hike is the viewpoint and peak at 1.52 kilometers from the start, called נוף ופיק. Here, you can take in panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape, providing a perfect photo opportunity.
