Welcome to the Eisvogelpfad hiking trail! This circular route offers a super easy hike with a distance of approximately 1.039 kilometers and no significant elevation gain. The trail is located in a picturesque area surrounded by natural beauty.

As you start your hike, you'll come across the P2 Erzgrube parking lot, just a short distance from the trail. Further along the trail, at around 0.44 kilometers from the start, you'll find two water sources, providing a refreshing stop for hikers.

Midway through the hike, you'll encounter the Familienhotel Bären restaurant, offering a convenient option for a meal or snack. Additionally, informational points such as the Erzgrube and Schernbacher Steige provide insight into the local history and surroundings.

Throughout the trail, you'll find benches strategically placed for resting and enjoying the serene environment. Be sure to check out the spring located at around 0.28 kilometers from the start, a perfect spot to refill your water bottle.

Before embarking on the Eisvogelpfad hike, remember to bring an adequate supply of water, as well as snacks to keep you energized. It's also advisable to check the weather forecast before heading out to ensure a safe and enjoyable hiking experience.
