This challenging hiking route takes you through the breathtaking landscape around Stollen. The trail covers a distance of approximately 10.15 kilometers with an elevation gain of 632 meters, so be prepared for a moderate to difficult hike that will take around 4 hours to complete.
As you start your journey, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, about 3.32 kilometers in, you'll find an information point providing insights into the area. About 2.24 kilometers in, there's another information point slightly off the trail. Further along, at 4.88 kilometers, you'll reach Ergglen, an excellent spot to take in the surrounding natural beauty.
Midway through your hike, at the 5.08-kilometer mark, you'll encounter Stollen, a viewpoint and peak where you can pause to enjoy panoramic views of the area. Nearby, at 5.05 kilometers, there's another information point named Stollen, adding to your understanding of the region.
Along the trail, you'll also find practical amenities like benches for resting and picnic sites for a well-deserved break. There are also BBQ spots and drinking water stations at convenient locations to refuel and stay hydrated during your trek.
