Starting at the parking area near Campingplatz Zur Mühle, the trail takes you through lush greenery and past a beautiful water source at the 0.06-kilometer mark. As you continue, you'll come across Horbensattel information point at 1.92 kilometers, providing insights into the area's history and flora.

Midway through the hike, at 2.58 kilometers, you'll find another water source for refilling your bottles. A little further at 2.07 kilometers, the Horbenhof information point offers interesting details about the surroundings.

For a rest and a snack, benches are conveniently located along the trail at 0.22 kilometers, 1.92 kilometers, and 0.02 kilometers. These spots are perfect for taking in the panoramic views of the Kapf peak, located at 1.59 kilometers from the trail.

To complete this hike successfully, be sure to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before heading out.
