This extremely difficult 14.19-kilometer circular hiking route in the Strada Berlino area offers a challenging adventure for experienced hikers. The trail begins at a convenient parking area and leads you through picturesque landscapes with a total elevation gain of 527 meters.
As you start your journey, you will come across the refreshing Torrente Stura river at the beginning of the trail, only 0.14 kilometers from the start. Further along the path, at 0.93 kilometers, you will encounter the Rio Berlino river, providing a serene backdrop to your hike.
Around the 4.59-kilometer mark, you will find yourself near the peak of Monte Colma, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Make sure to take a break at the shelter located at 6.05 kilometers, where you can rest and refuel before continuing your trek.
On the way, you will also find informative signs about the area at Monte Colma and Punta Carla Poggio, providing valuable insights into the natural and cultural heritage of the region. Additionally, a viewpoint at 6.94 kilometers offers a perfect spot to admire the breathtaking scenery.
