This hike in the area of Sofia is a super easy circular route with a total distance of 0.739 kilometers and no elevation gain. It is perfect for a leisurely stroll surrounded by nature.
As you start your hike, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the route, you will find a water source just 0.14 kilometers from the start. As you continue, you will pass by a bicycle parking area, a cafe named "Балев Органик Кафе," and a restaurant called "Samer," all located within the first 0.2 kilometers of the trail.
Midway through the hike, you will encounter a memorial dedicated to Михаил Обренович, a historic figure. Nearby, there are also options for sustenance such as "Max Burgers" and "Палачинки XXL" for a quick bite to eat.
Towards the end of the route, approximately 0.34 kilometers from the start, you will find more points of interest including a restaurant named "Тинтява," stone animals artwork, a memorial for Манфред Вьорнер, and a water source.
Throughout the hike, there are plenty of benches along the trail where you can take a rest and enjoy the surroundings. Remember to bring plenty of water, as there are limited sources along the route.
