This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Gaidnerwiesen along the Strada forestale Prati di Gaido. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 1.172 kilometers and an elevation gain of 106 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. Be sure to take note of the water source nearby, just 0.59 kilometers from the start, in case you need to refill your water bottle.

Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.46 kilometers from the start, you will find a shelter where you can take a rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. A bit ahead, at 0.43 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the historic wayside cross known as Wetterkreuz, adding cultural charm to your hike.

For additional information about the area, keep an eye out for the informative signs located at various points along the trail, including one just 0.03 kilometers from the start. Additionally, benches are scattered along the route for you to relax and take in the scenery.
