This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the stunning peak of Fürhörnli, with a total distance of 12.917 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1184 meters. The total duration of the hike is approximately 5 hours and 57 minutes.

Beginning at the parking area, you will start your journey towards Fürhörnli. Along the way, you will pass by Mittenberg, a peak located 2.78 kilometers from the start of the trail. Here, you can take in the breathtaking views from the viewpoint located just a short distance away.

As you continue on the trail, you will come across benches where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. Be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks, as this hike is challenging and requires endurance.

Midway through the hike, you will reach another viewpoint at Fürhörnli, located 6.46 kilometers from the start of the trail. Take some time to appreciate the panoramic views before heading back along the out-and-back route.
