This hiking route in the area of Rog is a circular trail that spans approximately 2.667 kilometers with an elevation gain of 124 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. The estimated duration for this hike is around 55 minutes.

As you embark on your journey, you will first come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, you will encounter the Gostilna Dobnikar restaurant and Vaška krčma restaurant, offering sustenance options for hikers. There are also information points along the way to enhance your hiking experience and provide valuable insights into the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, you will reach an information point, a wayside shrine, and the Pr'Jur restaurant, where you can take a break and enjoy the scenery. As you continue on, you will pass by a wayside cross and benches for resting and taking in the views.

Towards the end of the hike, you will reach the peak known as Rog, offering a stunning vantage point to admire the landscape. Additionally, there is a drinking water facility available for hikers to hydrate before heading back.
