This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Stor-Leirsjøen. The 6.063-kilometer trail starts at the parking area near Granåsen øvre. As you begin your hike, you will pass by the Sparebank1-hytta café, where you can stop for a quick break or grab a bite to eat.

Continuing on, you will come across Sølvskakkeltjønna, a picturesque water feature located 1.47 kilometers from the start of the trail. Along the way, you will also find picnic sites and shelters where you can rest and enjoy the scenery.

As you hike further, you will reach Stor-Leirsjøen, a stunning lake located at the 3.03-kilometer mark. Here, you can take in the peaceful surroundings and maybe even have a picnic before heading back.

With a total elevation gain of 35 meters, this moderate difficulty trail offers a great opportunity to enjoy nature and get some exercise. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear comfortable hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before setting out.
