This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Büs dei Osèi - Via Val del Fò di Sotto. The trail is an out-and-back type, spanning a distance of 4.99 kilometers with an elevation gain of 393 meters, making it of moderate difficulty and requiring approximately 2 hours and 8 minutes to complete.
As you embark on this journey, you will encounter several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Ex Monastero Casa San Vito, a historic monastery located just 1.57 kilometers from the starting point. Further along, at a distance of 0.71 kilometers, you will come across the Cascina Salena, ancient ruins that provide a glimpse into the area's past.
For nature enthusiasts, midway through the hike at 2.5 kilometers, you will discover the Legondolì di Val Salena, a cave entrance to explore. Additionally, at the same distance, you can marvel at the Antica fonte Luogo dei Frati, a natural spring perfect for a refreshing break.
Towards the end of the trail, about 2.5 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Santella dei Ruine waterfall, offering a stunning natural beauty to admire before you make your way back.
