This challenging hiking route will take you to the beautiful Monte Piova area. Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by Sella Ciampigotto, a scenic saddle just 24 meters from the trail. As you make your way through the trail, you will come across parking areas at 3 meters and 69 meters from the start, convenient for those arriving by car.

About 0.89 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, you will find a spring, perfect for refilling your water bottle. Continuing on, at around 1.17 to 1.23 kilometers into the hike, there are multiple informational points of interest providing insights into the area's history and natural features.

As you approach the summit of Monte Piova, at 3.72 kilometers from the start, you will be rewarded with panoramic views and a sense of accomplishment. Along the way, you will also come across a wayside cross at around 43 meters from the start, adding a touch of history to your journey.

With a total distance of 7.446 kilometers and an elevation gain of 552 meters, this hike is classified as difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
