As you start your hike, you will come across Valdifebo parking area at the very beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle there before starting your adventure. As you progress along the trail, you will encounter Poggio San Nicola peak, which is located 0.67 kilometers from the starting point. Continuing further, you will reach Poggio Santa Petronilla peak at 1.97 kilometers into the hike. Finally, at 2.36 kilometers from the start, you will arrive at the highest point of the trail, Poggio del Piastrone peak.

It is advisable to bring an ample supply of water, especially on warmer days, as there are no water sources along the trail. Additionally, checking the weather forecast before you set out is always a good idea to ensure a safe and enjoyable hike.
