This hiking route on A 560 is super easy and covers a distance of 1.269 kilometers with no elevation gain. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting and ending at the same point.

The hike begins in a picturesque area with various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a fountain just 0.05 kilometers from the start. Continuing along, there are ruins of the old Mendener Church located at the same distance point. The trail also passes by the pub "Helikum" and a couple of parking areas with no fees.

As you hike further, about 0.63 kilometers from the start, you will come across a water feature followed by benches to rest at 0.39 and 0.61 kilometers from the start respectively.
