Located in the stunning mountainous region, this extremely difficult 14.316-kilometer circular hiking route to La Frau offers a challenging adventure for experienced hikers. With an elevation gain of 976 meters, the journey is expected to take about 5 hours and 45 minutes to complete.

Starting off at a convenient parking area located right at the trailhead, hikers can make use of the picnic sites scattered along the initial section of the trail, just 0.02 kilometers from the start, to fuel up for the trek ahead. As you make your way through the rugged terrain, be prepared to encounter the refreshing spring at 1.25 kilometers from the start, perfect for a quick rest and hydration stop.
