This hiking route takes you on a 6.252-kilometer circular journey through a picturesque area with a total elevation gain of 33 meters, making it a moderately difficult hike. Before embarking on this adventure, make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and check the weather forecast.

As you start your hike, you will come across "Sporten" parking area, located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along, at 0.38 kilometers into the hike, you will reach "Frognerseteren," a popular information spot. Keep an eye out for "Heggehullet" at 1.33 kilometers into the hike, offering a scenic viewpoint.

At around 3.08 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the tranquil "Abbortjern" water feature, providing a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Continuing on, you will pass by "Frønsetertjern" at 1.97 kilometers and "Frognerseteren sportshall" at 0.1 kilometers.

Towards the end of the hike, at 1.31 kilometers, you will find "Heggehullet," another notable information point. Finally, as you complete the loop, you will arrive back at the starting point, feeling accomplished after a refreshing outdoor adventure.
