This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to Zwölferkogel, a challenging peak with an elevation gain of 1645 meters over a distance of 15.621 kilometers. The trail starts at Parkplatz P3, where you can park your car for a fee. As you make your way along the route, you'll pass by Kessel, a natural cave entrance located 0.15 kilometers from the start.

Midway through the hike, you'll encounter the Seewand Klettersteig via ferrata, a challenging climbing route suitable for experienced climbers. The route also takes you past Mittlerer Schönbühel, a peak located 3.06 kilometers from the start.

As you continue on, you'll reach Gjaidalm, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning mountain views. Gjaidalm is located 4.34 kilometers from the start of the trail and offers amenities such as a phone and a website for more information.

Further along the route, you'll come across Äußerer Schönbühel, another peak situated 2.64 kilometers from the start. Finally, the trail culminates at Zwölferkogel, the highest peak in the area, located 7.81 kilometers from the start.
