This extremely difficult 9.03-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you through a stunning alpine landscape, starting at the Gjaidalm area.
As you embark on your journey, you'll come across various points of interest along the trail. Approximately 4.52 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Gjaidalm alpine hut, where you can take a rest and enjoy some refreshments. This cozy hut offers a picturesque setting amidst the mountains and is a perfect spot to recharge before continuing your hike.
About 1.82 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter the Seewand Klettersteig via ferrata, offering a thrilling climbing experience for the adventurous hiker. This challenging section of the trail provides stunning views and a chance to test your climbing skills.
Near the beginning of the hike, at approximately 0.15 kilometers from the start, you'll find the entrance to Kessel, a fascinating cave waiting to be explored. This natural wonder adds an exciting element to your hike, allowing you to delve into the hidden treasures of the area.
