Get ready for an extremely difficult hike in the breathtaking surroundings of Gjaidalm. This 9.03 kilometers long trail will challenge you with an elevation gain of 1426 meters, so make sure to bring plenty of water and pack some energy-boosting snacks.
As you start your journey, you'll come across the Parkplatz P3 parking area, located right at the trailhead. This is a great spot to park your vehicle before setting off on your adventure. Further along the trail, at about 1.82 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Seewand Klettersteig via ferrata. Keep pushing forward and about 4.52 kilometers in, you'll reach the charming Gjaidalm alpine hut. This rustic accommodation offers a cozy stop to rest and refuel before continuing your trek.
