This hiking route in the area of Impasse de la Machetrie is a super easy circular trail that spans approximately 1.32 kilometers with no elevation gain. The trail starts at Mendès France parking lot, which is open 24/7 and has no fee for parking.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by Vaches à Nantes information point and benches where you can take a rest only 0.1 kilometers into the trail. Further along, at 0.13 kilometers, there is another bench available for a quick break.

Halfway through the hike, at 0.5 kilometers, you will come across a shelter where you can seek refuge or have a picnic. Another shelter is located at the 0.45 kilometer mark on the trail.

Near the end of the route, at 0.55 kilometers, there is a water source along the trail for you to refill your bottle. The trail eventually loops back to the starting point at the Mendès France parking lot.
