As you start your hike, you will come across the Wanderparkplatz Rauer Kreuz where you can park your vehicle. Continuing on, you will pass by a picturesque water body at 0.81 kilometers into the hike. There are also several information points along the trail where you can learn more about the area.

Midway through the hike, you will find the Pladerberg peak which offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Make sure to take a break at the bench nearby to soak in the scenery. As you make your way back, you will pass by the Fischteich and Raubach information points before reaching the Wanderparkplatz Ost where you started.
