This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area, with a distance of 1.574 kilometers and an elevation gain of 108 meters, making it an easy hike. The duration of the hike is approximately 38 minutes.

Starting at the parking area near the trail, you will find easy access to the beginning of the route. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across a water source at around 0.28 kilometers from the start, perfect for refilling your water bottle. Further along the route, at 0.3 kilometers from the start, there is another water source available.

At approximately 0.79 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak known as Border End. This point offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area, making it a great spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery.

On the way back, you will pass by Hardknott Pass, a saddle located around 13.6 meters from the trail. This natural feature adds to the beauty of the hike and provides a unique point of interest.
