This difficult 7.06-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Košutnikov turn / Koschutnikturm peak in the picturesque area. The trail starts at a parking area, approximately 0.7 kilometers away from the Planina Dolga njiva alpine hut. As you begin your journey, you'll pass by the Westschluchscharte / Zahodna škrbina saddle, offering beautiful views along the way.

Midway through the hike, at around 3.31 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter multiple via ferrata routes such as the ÖTK Klettersteig. These thrilling climbing paths provide a unique challenge for adventurous hikers. Additionally, you'll come across the peak ÖTK Klettersteig and Ostschluchscharte / Vzhodna škrbina saddle, around the same distance from the beginning.

Finally, after a total elevation gain of 827 meters, you'll reach the highlight of the hike - the Košutnikov turn / Koschutnikturm peak. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views from the summit before retracing your steps back to the starting point.
