Located in the picturesque region of Mont Chéry, this moderate hiking route offers a 3.148-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 378 meters, taking approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes to complete.
At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Chanterelle restaurant, perfect for a pre-hike meal or a post-hike treat. As you make your way along the path, you will encounter the Mont Chéry peak, a natural wonder that stands 1.57 kilometers from the start of the trail. Be sure to take in the stunning views from this vantage point.
For convenient parking options, there are two 24/7 parking areas situated right at the start of the trail. Additionally, midway through the hike, you'll come across the perfect spot for free flying at the Décollage FFVL du Mont Chéry and Decollage FFVL Chery N.
Along the route, you can also refuel at the Encrenaz restaurant, located at the trailhead. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Col de l'Encrenaz saddle and gather information about the area at various information points placed throughout the hike.
