This hiking route will take you through the stunning area of Sivec, offering a challenging but rewarding experience.

Starting at the trailhead, you will come across Bradan, a cozy restaurant where you can fuel up before your adventure. As you continue along the trail, about 0.35 kilometers in, you will reach Vodná nádrž Ružín, most, a picturesque water reservoir with a bridge.

Further along the route, at around 3.41 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Priehyba pod Sivcom, a notable spot to rest and take in the surroundings. Continuing onwards, you will reach the highlight of the hike at 4.21 kilometers from the start, Sivec, a breathtaking viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views.

Throughout the hike, there are various information points providing insights into the area, such as Košické lesy a okolie, located at 3.41 kilometers in, and Sivec at 4.08 kilometers in.

It's important to note that this is a difficult hike, spanning 8.426 kilometers with an elevation gain of 404 meters. Be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and check the weather forecast before setting out.
