Starting at Passo della Futa, a beautiful natural saddle point just 0.03 kilometers from the trail, you can enjoy the views before setting off. As you begin your journey, you will pass by a cafe and restaurant around the same distance from the start, perfect for grabbing a quick snack or meal before continuing on.

Around 0.43 kilometers into the hike, you will come across an information point where you can learn more about the area you are exploring. Further along the trail, at approximately 3.41 kilometers, there is a panoramic viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the surroundings.

Although Fonte del Matteaccio, a natural spring, is located 0.93 kilometers from the trail, it might be worth the detour for a refreshing drink of water.
