This moderate 5.491-kilometer out-and-back hiking route takes you through the scenic Valico Dosso Rotondo area. The trail starts at the parking area, which is conveniently located at the beginning of the route, so you can easily access it.

As you make your way along the trail, you'll pass by several points of interest. About 1.72 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across a natural water source. Further along, at 2.31 kilometers, you'll reach the Dosso Rotondo peak, where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Monte Splaza peak is also nearby, just 1.43 kilometers from the start of the trail.

For a refreshing break, there are more water spots along the way, with one at 2.32 kilometers and another at 2.75 kilometers from the start. At around 2.57 kilometers in, you'll find an information point where you can learn more about the area.

The trail also passes by Goletto di Splaza saddle, located 1.73 kilometers from the start, offering a unique natural feature to explore. As you head back towards the parking area, you'll encounter another waterfall at the 5-kilometer mark.
