The Camí de la Foradada hiking route is located in a picturesque area with stunning natural beauty. The trail is an out-and-back type, covering a distance of 3.41 kilometers with an elevation gain of 70 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Refugi Musté Recasens, an alpine hut located right at the beginning of the trail. This cozy hut offers a resting place and information for hikers. Continuing on, you will pass by the Font de Joan XXIII, where you can replenish your water supply just 0.01 kilometers into the hike.
Further along the trail, at around 0.74 kilometers, you will reach La Coroneta, a peak offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. As you trek onward, you will encounter various points of interest such as lo Còdol de Santa Fe at 1.71 kilometers and Portell del Bosquetà at 1.42 kilometers, each offering unique perspectives of the landscape.
For nature enthusiasts, there are cave entrances to explore, including Avenc de la Pipa and Cova dels Tiós, located around 1.34 and 1.36 kilometers into the hike, respectively. These natural wonders add an extra element of adventure to the journey.
Throughout the hike, you will also come across viewpoints like Racó de Mont-Ral and other informational points providing insights into the local flora, fauna, and history.
