This extremely difficult 16.359-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning area surrounding Rifugio Torsoleto. With an elevation gain of 1364 meters and an estimated duration of 7 hours and 11 minutes, this hike is not for the faint of heart.
As you embark on this challenging journey, you will encounter several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area conveniently located for easy access to the starting point. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across Lago di Val di Scala, a beautiful lake located approximately 5.94 kilometers from the starting point. This serene setting is perfect for a quick rest and a chance to take in the natural beauty of the area.
Midway through the hike, you will pass by Monte dei Matti, a prominent peak that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to stop and admire the scenery before continuing on your journey. Further along the trail, you will encounter Graffiti, a unique rock formation located about 0.58 kilometers from the start. As you approach the 7.27-kilometer mark, you will reach Rifugio Torsoleto, an alpine hut where you can take a well-deserved break and refuel before continuing on the final stretch of the hike.
