This challenging hiking route will take you through a beautiful area with stunning views and interesting points of interest along the way. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 8.664 kilometers and an elevation gain of 179.0 meters, making it a difficult trek that will test your endurance.

Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across a convenient parking area for you to leave your vehicle before beginning your hike. As you make your way along the trail, you will pass by several drinking water points, such as Font Nina and Font del campament, where you can refill your water bottles and stay hydrated.

Further along the route, you will encounter several cave entrances, including Cova del Pi, Cova des Cap Gos, Cova de l'Ullastre, Cova del Xuclamel, Cova del Migdia, and Cova de la Roca Negre. While these caves may not be directly on the trail, they are worth exploring if you have the time and are interested in spelunking.

As you continue on, you will reach viewpoints such as Pedres Dretes d'en Ruàs, Abric al voltant de M, and Paradolmen de Roca Negre, where you can take a break, enjoy the scenery, and take some memorable photos.

The highlight of the hike is reaching the destination point, Abric del Rap Penat, located at 4.33 kilometers from the start. This spot offers breathtaking views and is a great place to rest before turning back and retracing your steps to the starting point.
