This challenging hiking route will take you through a beautiful area with a total distance of 8.75 kilometers and an elevation gain of 179 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is 2 hours and 28 minutes, so be prepared for a decent workout.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards the Font Nina, a drinking water source located approximately 4.24 kilometers from the start. Make sure to refill your water bottles here as it will be a great opportunity to hydrate before continuing on the trail.
As you hike further, you'll come across the Font del campament at around 3.59 kilometers from the start, another spot to rest and refill your water supply. Additionally, along the way, you will encounter various cave entrances like the Cova del Pi, Cova des Cap Gos, Cova de l'Ullastre, Cova del Xuclamel, Cova del Migdia, and Cova de laa Roca Negre, all located around the 3.3 to 3.9 kilometers mark from the starting point. Although they are not directly on the trail, they are worth a visit if you have the time and energy to explore.
One of the highlights of the hike is the Pedres Dretes d'en Ruàs viewpoint, situated at approximately 3.35 kilometers from the start. This viewpoint offers a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding area, providing a perfect spot to take in the natural beauty and snap some photos.
Towards the end of the hike, at around 4.33 to 4.38 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Abric del Rap Penat and Abric al voltant de M viewpoints. These viewpoints offer a different perspective of the landscape and are great spots to take a break before heading back.
