This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area near Staircase Falls. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of approximately 1.8 kilometers and an elevation gain of 107 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you'll pass by Curry Village Front Office and Half Dome Village Registration Parking. These are great spots to explore before or after your hike. Further along the trail, you'll encounter various climbing spots such as The Zorro Boulder, Kevin's Traverse Boulder, The Angler Boulder, New Deli Boulder, and Root Canal Boulder. These boulders provide a unique opportunity for rock climbing enthusiasts to test their skills.

As you continue on the trail, you'll come across Staircase Falls, a beautiful waterfall located approximately 0.87 kilometers from the start. This is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. Additionally, you'll find Curry Village Boulders and Derelict's Diagonal for more climbing adventures.

Throughout the hike, you'll also pass by various amenities such as picnic sites, Circuit Breaker climbing spot, and viewpoints offering stunning views of Half Dome. Make sure to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before heading out.
