This extremely difficult 11.4-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will lead you to the stunning Triangle de l'Herse in the picturesque area around Grands Montets. The trail starts at the Grands Montets parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on this challenging adventure.

Along the way, you will encounter various points of interest:
- After a short 210-meter hike, you'll come across the cozy restaurant L'Argentero, perfect for a quick bite before continuing on.
- Further along at 800 meters, you'll find the Crémerie du Glacier, another dining option though slightly off the main trail.
- At 1.8 kilometers in, you'll reach Le Spot restaurant, ideal for a rest and some refreshments.
- Midway through the hike, at 5.7 kilometers, you'll reach the majestic peak known as Triangle de l'Herse, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.
- On your way back, at 3.22 kilometers, you'll encounter La Croix de Lognan, providing you with valuable information about the region.
