Welcome to the hiking route at Schlossberg! This super easy trail spans approximately 1.843 kilometers with an elevation gain of 94 meters, making it a perfect choice for hikers of all levels.
Starting at the designated parking area, you will embark on a picturesque journey through the Immental area. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Rote Hütte shelter, providing a perfect spot to rest and take in the surrounding nature.
As you continue on, you will encounter the Sieben Linden information point, offering valuable insights into the history and environment of the region. Further along the trail, you will reach the peak of Schlossberg, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. At this point, you can visit the Kommandantengarten viewpoint for a truly unforgettable experience.
Throughout the hike, you will also come across several benches and picnic sites where you can take a break and enjoy a snack. Additionally, there are drinking water facilities available along the route to keep you hydrated.
As you make your way back, be sure to visit the Längste Einstammbank der Welt, the longest bench in the world, for a unique photo opportunity.
