Welcome to the Hacksiek hiking route!

Hacksiek is a beautiful area with lush landscapes and stunning views. The route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 2.124 kilometers and an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. Continuing on, at the 1.06 kilometer mark, you will find a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottles and staying hydrated.

Along the way, at the 0.7 kilometer mark, you will pass by Jacobsberg, a peak offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. It's a great spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery before heading back.

For convenience, there are additional parking areas and benches scattered along the trail for rest stops and relaxation. Just be sure to carry enough water, wear proper hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before setting out on this picturesque adventure.
