This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the beautiful Lac du Petit Laus in the scenic area. With a total distance of 9.7 kilometers and an elevation gain of 773 meters, this hike is perfect for experienced hikers looking for a good workout.

You will start your journey at the Parking Lombard, located right on the trail. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across a fountain at 0.47 kilometers from the start, where you can refill your water bottle before continuing on.

About halfway through the hike, at 4.48 kilometers from the start, you will reach Lac Mezan, a stunning water feature that provides a perfect spot to rest and take in the beauty of the area. Continuing on, at 4.85 kilometers from the start, you will come across Lac du Petit Laus, the final destination of the hike. This tranquil lake is a great place to relax and enjoy a picnic before heading back.

Although Lac du Grand Laus is not directly on the trail at 3.88 kilometers from the start, it is worth a detour if you have the time and energy to explore further.
