This challenging hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning viewpoints and informative stops along the way.

Starting at a parking area near a water feature, you will begin your journey into nature. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

About 1.2 kilometers into the hike, you will find a bench at a scenic spot, followed by more benches at 1.26 kilometers and 1.43 kilometers into the hike. These resting spots offer a chance to take in the beauty of the area and catch your breath before continuing on.

Around the 3.27-kilometer mark, you will reach a trail junction named Abzw. Daxerkreuz, where you can learn more about the area's history and geography. Just a bit further along the trail, at 3.28 kilometers, you will encounter a viewpoint known as Adlerhorst, offering picturesque vistas of the surroundings.

As you make your way back, you can stop at the Buchacker / Eishöhle information point around 0.38 kilometers from the start to learn about local landmarks. Additionally, at 1.49 kilometers, you will find a memorial for Josef Strillinger, adding a touch of historic significance to your hike.

Throughout the trail, there are various other benches and information points for you to discover, providing opportunities to rest and take in the natural beauty around you.

With a total distance of 6.555 kilometers and an elevation gain of 810 meters, this hike is rated as difficult, suitable for experienced hikers.
