This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Monte Foraoro. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 4.903 kilometers and an elevation gain of 211 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across several points of interest along the way. Approximately 0.25 kilometers from the start, you'll find a water source followed by an alpine hut just 0.03 kilometers further. At 1.3 kilometers into the hike, there is another water source conveniently located on the trail.

As you continue on, you will pass by the Rifugio Bar Alpino - Pozza del Favero, a restaurant and alpine hut situated just 0.01 kilometers from the trail. Further along, at 1.95 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the fascinating ruins of the Postazione di artiglieria della Prima Guerra Mondiale. Just a bit ahead, at 1.99 kilometers, you'll find another historical site of the same ruins.

The trail will lead you to Passo della Pianetta, a natural saddle point located 1.67 kilometers into the hike. At this point, you can take a moment to appreciate the surroundings before heading back.

Throughout the hike, it is recommended to bring an ample water supply, especially on warm days, and to check the weather forecast before setting out. With diverse points of interest and stunning natural views, this hike offers a memorable outdoor experience for hikers of all levels.
