This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Wald am Schoberpaß. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 11.653 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1050.0 meters, making it a difficult hike. The estimated duration for this hike is 5 hours and 19 minutes.

As you start your hike, you will come across a water source located 0.39 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Along the way, at 2.6 kilometers into the hike, you will see the Gedenkkreuz wayside cross. Further on, at 2.79 kilometers, you will pass another wayside cross named Lawinen-Gedenkkreuz 1954.

Midway through the hike, at 5.15 kilometers, you will reach Großer Schober, a peak with stunning views. Nearby, at 5.63 kilometers, there is another water source right on the trail for you to replenish your water supply.

Towards the end of the hike, at 4.62 kilometers, you will reach a saddle point offering a brief rest spot with beautiful surroundings. Additionally, at 4.25 kilometers, you will find the peak called Kleiner Schober.
