Starting at the Speicher Großsölk, located just 0.04 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, you can learn more about the area before embarking on your journey. As you make your way along the path, you will come across several water features that provide a refreshing break. The first water point is around 3.19 kilometers from the start, followed by others at various distances along the trail.

It is advisable to bring an ample water supply and snacks, as the trail can be challenging and demanding. Make sure to check the weather forecast before heading out, as conditions can change rapidly in the mountains.

As an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps back to the starting point after reaching the end of the trail. Be prepared for a nearly 16-kilometer trek with significant elevation changes, and take your time to enjoy the stunning views and natural surroundings along the way.
