This hiking route takes you through the stunning natural beauty of the Dobra Kolata / Kollate e Mires area. With a distance of 16.411 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1599 meters, this hike is considered extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you'll come across the Mulliri i Vjetër historic building at 1.21 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the route, you'll find a viewpoint at 3.41 kilometers, offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscapes.
Continuing on, at 5.73 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach a water source for refilling your supplies. Around 4.69 kilometers from the start, there is an occasional cafe where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments.
One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the peak of Zla Kolata / Kollate e Keqe, located at 7.67 kilometers from the start, although it is not directly on the trail. The trail will also lead you to the saddle of Qafa Prosllopit at 6.51 kilometers and Prevoj Kolata at 7.79 kilometers.
It is important to note that the hike is an out-and-back trail, leading you to the destination of Dobra Kolata / Kollate e Mires at 8.21 kilometers from the start.
