This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Via del Castello in Brescia. The route is a circular one, starting and ending at the same point. The total distance of the hike is 0.777 kilometers with an elevation gain of 39 meters, making it super easy in terms of difficulty.
As you begin your journey, you will come across the Fossa Bagni parking area, which is located right at the start of the trail. Further along, about 0.1 kilometers from the beginning, you will find the Monumento Italiano alla Locomotiva a Vapore, a historic locomotive monument.
Midway through the hike, at around 0.33 kilometers, you will pass by Parcheggio del Castello, a parking area where you can pause and take a break. Nearby, there is also a drinking water spot at 0.33 kilometers and a viewpoint at 0.37 kilometers, where you can enjoy stunning views of the surroundings.
As you continue on, you will encounter various points of interest such as a memorial for Giuseppe Cesare Abba, benches for resting, and informational points about Brescia nel Parco delle Colline. Towards the end of the hike, at about 0.37 kilometers, you will find several more viewpoints to take in the beauty of the area.
