Located in the heart of the stunning Dolomites, this hiking route to Piz Duleda offers a challenging adventure for experienced hikers. With a total distance of approximately 15.8 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1324 meters, this trail is classified as extremely difficult and is not recommended for beginners.

Starting at the trailhead, hikers will pass by the Zanser Schwaige restaurant, where they can fuel up before the ascent. As you make your way up the trail, you'll come across two picnic sites where you can take a break and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Around the 6.8-kilometer mark, you'll reach Furcela della Roa, a beautiful saddle point along the trail. This is a great spot to rest and take in the panoramic vistas. Continuing on, you'll encounter several benches and viewpoints along the way, providing ample opportunities to appreciate the natural beauty of the Dolomites.

As you approach the midway point of the hike, you'll reach Kreuzjoch, another saddle point that offers sweeping views of the landscape. From here, the trail continues towards Piz Duleda, a notable peak in the area.
